Male bodybuilders usually take Amino Fuel(which is all proteins), but there are several benefits women can get not having anything to do with building muscles. I'm not a bodybuilder but I've been taking Amino Fuel protein for many years because it's healthy and it especially keeps my nails and hair very strong. As protein is good for your nails, it's also good for your bones which includes your teeth. And having noticed all the commercials lately about losing tooth enamel, I believe this product(along with calcium and vitamin D) could prevent this problem. It also contains tryptophan, which is what's in turkey that puts you to sleep. So if you're having trouble sleeping, you can take a few of these pills just before going to bed and it can help you sleep. This is perfectly safe, Non-narcotic and better than consuming the calories of a turkey sandwich! ;) The directions say to take 4 tablets... These are easy to swallow and they dont stink like other brands. And all you need is four (4) with every main meal of the day (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER) I also add four (4) before and four (4) after i train and that works for me. You'll surely see an improvment in size/definition and strenght...just make sure you maintain a proper and health diet. Remember...THERE IS NO MIRICLE PILL ! My doctor recommended walking aids and a wheelchair for bad days. I take 8 pills every day, and I am able to walk again with only reasonable stiffness and discomfort. I can even walk slowly around Wal*Mart! I do not know if it will work for everyone, I just know it works for me and is every bit important as my anti-depressant and blood pressure medications.
