wasnt impressed with the product but it did show changes, i have taken pre workouts that were better. too bad cause i hear good things about this product. i may have been because it didnt come with the spray that it said it came with. may have been a difference maker.

Age 40 male. I stated taking this a month ago. I missed some days too but really I feel pretty good. I go to the gym every day and I sleep better too. I recommend this product. If there is anything else out there I would like to know about it.
